Connexta™ RecoCore

Vapor Recovery & Vent Valve for Tanker Trucks

  • Application: Installed on the manhole cover (EndCover) or near the top rear end of tankers, RecoCore connects to RecoMate to safely vent or recover fuel vapor during unloading.

  • Mounting Options: Manhole-mounted or rear-mounted

  • Material: Aluminum Alloy

  • Working Pressure: Up to 16 bar

  • Operating Temperature Range: –20°C to +80°C

  • Connection Type: Flange (4") × Thread (4")

  • Features: Manhole-mounted models ensure vapor-tight sealing during transport and open automatically for vapor recovery. Rear-mounted models operate in a normally open state and seal when recovery activates. Both feature integrated check valves, built-in safety mechanisms, are tested over 100,000 cycles, and meet EN13002 standards.

Manhole Cover

  • Application: Installed on the top of fuel tankers, used for venting, unloading, or as a mounting base for breather valves and vapor recovery components.

  • Material: Aluminum Alloy

  • Optional Sensors: Pressure, temperature, or open-lid sensors

  • Features: High-flow design enhances ventilation efficiency, while the integrated flame arrester improves safety by preventing ignition. The offset-pressure breather valve protects against accidental lid ejection and enables automatic pressure relief in emergencies. Meets DOT406 and ADR standards.

Breather Valve

  • Application: Installed inside the manhole cover (EndCover) of fuel tankers to balance internal pressure during loading, unloading, or temperature changes.

  • Material: Aluminum Alloy

  • Operating Temperature Range: –30°C to +90°C

  • Connection Type: Threaded

  • Sealing: FKM

  • Features: Automatically opens to balance pressure during loading, unloading, or temperature changes. Features a flame arrester and precision seal to prevent leaks, even in rollovers. Meets GB and international standards.
