Sizing Guide
Choosing the right diaphragm pump starts with understanding your flow rate, pressure, and energy requirements. Each HyperFluid™ model is clearly labeled to simplify the selection process.
Model Breakdown: HyperFluid™ H50 570-8.4-11
H50 – Indicates a DN50 BSP-threaded outlet (2").
Note: For 3" models, the connection is upgraded to a DIN flange instead of BSP.570 – Refers to the maximum flow rate of 570 liters per minute (LPM), ensuring high-throughput chemical or sanitary transfer.
8.4 – Represents the maximum working pressure of 8.4 bar, suitable for medium-pressure pneumatic systems.
11 – Suggests a recommended compressor power of 11 kW, typically fulfilled by an industrial screw compressor for continuous operation.
