Sizing Guide
Selecting the right chemical transfer pump starts with understanding flow rate, head pressure, and motor capacity. Each QuantaFlux™ model is clearly labeled to simplify your selection process.
Model Breakdown: QuantaFlux H40 500-30-4
H40 – Indicates a DN40 flange connection, suitable for general chemical transfer or water treatment systems.
Note: Larger H40 models use DN50 inlet flanges.500 – Denotes the maximum flow rate of 500 liters per minute (LPM), supporting efficient fluid handling in medium-scale applications.
30 – Refers to the maximum head of 30 meters, allowing for moderate system pressure requirements.
4 – Specifies a 4-kilowatt motor, ensuring robust and continuous operation across industrial environments.

Instalations and Limitations
Priming Requirement:
QuantaFlux™ is not self-priming. The pump casing and suction line must be completely filled with fluid before startup. A flooded suction setup or external priming system is recommended.Dry Run Limitation:
Running the pump dry can cause severe damage to the bearings and magnetic drive. Always ensure the pump is fully primed before operation and protected with a dry-run protection device if necessary.Backpressure Considerations:
Ensure discharge pressure does not exceed the pump’s rated head. Overpressurizing may lead to shaft misalignment or magnet decoupling.Ambient and Fluid Temperature:
Follow manufacturer guidelines for maximum fluid and ambient temperatures. Excessive heat may demagnetize the magnets or degrade plastic parts over time.
