Hadeon™ | Built for Dewatering

Hadeon™ Pump

Built for Reliable Self-Priming.

Hadeon™ is a range of vacuum-assisted dry self-priming centrifugal pumps engineered for demanding dewatering and fluid transfer applications. Its robust pump construction combines a heavy-duty casing, stainless steel wetted components, replaceable wear parts, and silicon carbide sealing faces for dependable operation in challenging environments.

Hadeon™ uses an integrated vacuum-assisted priming system to evacuate air from the suction line and establish flow without manual priming. This allows the pump to restart reliably after interruptions and maintain dependable suction performance across demanding dewatering applications.

Hadeon™ Module

Built for Heavy Duty. Ready for Any Site.

Hadeon™ Module combines the Hadeon™ self-priming pump with the drive system, priming equipment, controls, and supporting components required for field operation. The modular design allows the system to be configured according to site conditions, power availability, mobility requirements, and installation needs.

Available as an open skid, pontoon, or trailer-mounted system, Hadeon™ can be adapted for fixed, floating, or mobile dewatering applications. Drive options include diesel engine or electric motor, allowing the system to operate across both remote sites and established industrial facilities.

Configuration Options

  • Open Skid: A compact and accessible configuration designed for straightforward installation, maintenance, and relocation within prepared work areas.

  • Pontoon: A floating configuration for pumping directly from ponds, mine pits, settling basins, and other water bodies where conventional land-based installation is impractical.

  • Trailer Mounted: A mobile dewatering solution designed for rapid deployment and relocation between drainage points, work areas, and changing site conditions.

Materials of Construction

  • Pump Casing: QT450 Cast Iron, providing a robust and durable pressure-containing body for demanding pumping conditions.

  • Impeller: SS304 Stainless Steel, selected for corrosion resistance and reliable hydraulic performance.

  • Shaft: 20Cr13 Stainless Steel, providing strength and corrosion resistance for continuous rotating operation.

  • Bearing Support: HT250 Cast Iron, providing rigid support for the rotating assembly and maintaining shaft alignment.

  • Pump Cover: HT250 Cast Iron, designed to provide a strong and stable enclosure for the pump assembly.

  • Wear Ring: QT450 Cast Iron, replaceable construction designed to maintain hydraulic efficiency and simplify maintenance.

  • Shaft Key: SS304 Stainless Steel, providing secure torque transmission between the shaft and rotating components.

  • Coupling: High-Elasticity Rubber, helping accommodate minor misalignment while reducing vibration and shock transmission.

  • Sealing Face: Silicon Carbide (SiC), providing high wear resistance and reliable sealing under demanding operating conditions.

Sizing Guide

Selecting the right Hadeon™ pump starts with understanding its model code and key performance parameters. Each model designation identifies the pump discharge size, rated flow rate, rated head, and specified drive power, making pump selection simple and straightforward.

Model Breakdown: Hadeon™ H150 350-140-280

  • H150 – Indicates the pump discharge size: DN150 (6-inch)

  • 350 – Indicates the rated flow rate at the duty point: 350 m³/h.

  • 140 – Indicates the rated head at the duty point: 140 m.

  • 280 – Indicates the specified drive power: 280 kW.
